By using MatchMaxing (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MatchMaxing provides AI photo generation. All output is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You must be at least 18 years old and located in a supported region to use the Service.
2. Credits
Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.
3. Your Responsibility
You use the Service and its outputs entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use generated photos, including compliance with any third-party platform's terms of service. We make no guarantees about the acceptability, detectability, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.
4. Acceptable Use
Upload only photos of yourself. Do not use the Service to impersonate others or create illegal content. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason without refund of remaining credits.
5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchMaxing and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MatchMaxing in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatchMaxing, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or its outputs.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
