MatchMaxing provides AI-powered photo generation services for dating profiles, along with standalone C2PA metadata detection and removal tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Credits

You must create an account to use our services. Credits are purchased via one-time deposits and never expire. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of service failure (which are automatically refunded).

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload photos of yourself. You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. You may not use our service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content. Generated photos are for personal use on dating platforms and social media.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded selfies. Generated photos are licensed to you for personal use. You may use generated photos on dating apps, social media, and personal websites.

5. Limitation of Liability

MatchMaxing is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for how generated photos are used or perceived by third parties. AI generation results may vary in quality and likeness.
